ATC is a rapid-growth, minority-owned, small business company that focuses on delivering scalable, standard-based, enterprise-level software systems by leveraging emerging technology.

As part of its mission, ATC provides technical and management consulting at both the executive along with project levels. At the executive level, ATC uses its Technology-based Domain Analysis (TDA) method to help CIOs and Chief Engineers with strategic planning, enterprise architecture, technology adoption roadmap, and IT Governance. At the project level, ATC helps Program Managers with enterprise portal architecture, service-oriented architecture (SOA), business process reengineering (BPR), Web application, multimodal interfaces, and proof-of-concept development. In addition, ATC’s Rapid Enterprise Application Data Integration (READI) method can help customers with data integration in a standard-based, vendor-neutral design.

ATC staffs have in-depth experience with developing software systems for the Federal agencies, DoD, and the Intelligence Community. In terms of knowledge of technologies, ATC staffs have proficient experience with leading software platforms (BEA, Oracle) and development technologies such as Java (J2EE, J2ME, JSF, Hibernate), .Net (ASP.Net), Web services, XML (XML, XSL, XQuery, XForms, VoiceXML), relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS 10g, MySQL, Derby), and server virtualization (VMWare, Xen, Microsoft).
